We are a family-run business and pioneers for baked, gluten free food for special dietary needs. We care about nature, so we’re continuously working to be better, with a deep sense of responsibility and a whole lot of experience. Our all-new gluten free bio-selection is the next exciting chapter in our biography, and the natural consequence of our passion for great food and respect for our planet. At Schär, we rely on what grows in the fields and unite naturally gluten free organic farming with carefree enjoyment. We only select all-natural grains and flours because we strongly believe that what grows naturally, doesn't need preservatives, pesticides or GMOs. We're working hard to reduce packaging waste and use only FSC-certified cardboard to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
What's good for nature is great for you and your loved ones.

We use a great variety of naturally grown gluten free organic grains and flours in our recipes, enriched with delicious seeds, flakes and dried fruits. That is not only what makes our food taste great, it also comes with a true diversity of flavours and nutrients. Together with our team of nutrition experts, we want to empower you in your choices and balance healthy and joyful eating.
